I had freshly made kimchi with my Korean instant noodles – two nights in a row!! It was FANTASTIC!! DELICIOUS!! MOUTH-WATERING!! I was sweating pools while eating at home but it was worth it. Following Merv’s lead, I had bought 1 container. By the time I was done with my second round, there was only half left. If I wasn’t heading out to dinner tonight, I’d be having another round of Kimchi Noodle soup. I blame it all on Merv.
